Salt water vs. chlorine, what's the difference?
Both systems sanitize with chlorine, a salt system just generates it on-site rather than you adding it manually. The same hot tub can run either system, it's a setup choice. Salt systems require a generator cell that typically needs replacing every year, and replacement cells can get expensive. Retail dealers like to push saltwater options since the ongoing maintenance can be quite expensive, and they want you to be an ongoing customer. Their goal isn't to get you a high-quality hot tub or swim spa at the lowest possible price, like Western Canada Wholesale.
Do I need an electrician to install a hot tub?
Yes, an electrical hookup is required. Budget roughly $1,400 - 1,800 for installation. We can connect you with a preferred electrician familiar with these units.

No, many customers, especially if they want specific features, order a specific unit with a deposit ahead of arrival.

What's the warranty?
